Ariyanna Toth
Ariyanna joined the Blossom Park family in December of 2015 while completing a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Arizona State University. Her graduate program included an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders and Applied Behavior Analysis. She recently became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and uses her knowledge of behavioral principles to guide her sessions with learners and to individualize the curriculum to the learner’s needs. Most of her clinical experiences comes from a background of Applied Behavior Analysis, specifically in an in-home ABA therapy setting for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Ariyanna started as a coach with Blossom Park and went on to become a Center Manager and Clinical Coordinator. One of her strengths is a great attention to detail, and therefore Ariyanna assists with clinical operations including scheduling, communications, and training. She strives to make every session engaging and fun for the learner. She loves seeing the confidence build each day as learners explore new material or improve upon already learned concepts. Her favorite part of sessions is laughing and joking with the learner and believes that genuineness and rapport are vital to learning. |
