Megan began her career over 16 years ago working with children with autism 1:1 in their homes and communities, which led her to pursue a degree in Special Education from Arizona State University. She was drawn to a more focused approach to supporting this population and went back to ASU to pursue coursework towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She found herself interning at Blossom Park as their first Learning Coach to prepare for sitting for her BCBA exam. Megan went on to pursue leadership and administration experiences with her dual-credentials. She spent a few years in California establishing her family before returning to Phoenix with her husband and son. She was happy to return to her professional home with Blossom Park again.
